3 Luxury Apartments

This project consisted of refurbishing an exisiting terraced property in Brixton. 


  • The property was completely gutted and a new structural core was installed.
  • Basement and first floor extension were constructed to the rear of the property.
  • Apartments were finished to a high standard.
  • Space was at a premium on this site, so deliveries (concrete, steel and materials) and muck away for basement dig out were managed by C&D Traffic Management.

9 Luxury Apartments over 3 floors.

This project consisted of a new build of 9 apartments over 3 floors.


  • Exisiting property was demolished and site levelled.
  • Piling and ring beam works to allow for building structure to be constructed.
  • Concrete Hollowcore panels installed across 1st and 2nd floor.
  • External landscaping.

3 Luxury Town Houses and Commercial Unit

This project consisted of constructing 3 town houses and a commercial unit in Crystral Palace.


  • Exisiting garage was demolished and removed.
  • Extensive earthworks and drainage works were completed to allow piling works to begin.
  • Bulk earthworks to allow for construction of basements.
  • Drainage and slab works to basement level.

New build semi detached house

This project consisted of building a 3 storey semi-detatched property adjacent to a row of terraced houses.
